John began his career in the collection industry in 1999 as a collector. He left the industry and became an entrepreneur in the flooring industry owning his own business. It was during this time he recognized his talent with sales and decided to mesh that talent with his collection experience. He truly enjoys the relationship building aspect of his department. John helps design all of our marketing material and is the face of the company at many of our conferences.
