Shelly oversees development and compliance of collection staff with focus on increased collection productivity for all clients. She also assists all staff in daily operations. A collection industry veteran, Shelly began her career in 1989 in an entry level position skip-tracing. She has first hand knowledge of what it’s like to sit behind a collection desk and to successfully manage and motivate a collection staff. She has an appreciation and understanding of the business from the ground up and looks forward to continuing development and growth in an ever changing industry.
