Ms. Herndon is S & S Recovery’s Chief Legal Officer and the most recent addition to the S & S Recovery team. She oversees all aspects of legal compliance for the company, including but not limited to making sure the company is compliant with current case law decisions ,the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Ms. Herndon also remains the first point of contact should any legal issue or dispute arise. Prior to her employment at S & S Recovery, Inc., Ms. Herndon was in private practice in Memphis, Tennessee, associating with Hodges & Hodges, Attorneys and The Childress Firm, PLLC, on a variety of cases. Ms. Herndon received her Juris Doctor at Mississippi College School of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.
